Silicone Metal Detectable 40Sh Pen Sleeve

The Silicone Metal Detectable Pen Sleeve, also known as the Ergo-Grip, is designed to improve comfort and control when using BST DetectaPens® in food processing and other hygiene-sensitive production environments.

Manufactured from food contact-approved detectable silicone, the sleeve provides a softer, more secure grip around the pen. Its grooved surface is particularly useful where gloves are worn or where greasy or wet working conditions can make standard pens more difficult to hold.

The material is both metal detectable and X-ray visible, helping the sleeve form part of a facility’s foreign body contamination control procedures. Its highly visible blue colour also makes it easier to identify visually within production areas.

The Ergo-Grip can be particularly useful for employees who use pens throughout the working day, providing additional writing comfort without introducing a conventional non-detectable rubber or silicone grip into controlled areas.
