The Penguin 1000 is a fully metal detectable safety knife designed for safe, efficient cutting in food processing and hygiene-sensitive environments. Its guarded, concealed stainless steel blades help reduce accidental contact with the cutting edge while allowing packaging materials to be cut quickly and easily.
Manufactured from food-contact compliant detectable polypropylene, the Penguin 1000 has a lightweight, ergonomic design with no removable parts. An integrated stainless steel tape cutter provides an additional cutting option for opening taped boxes without exposing the main blades.
Available in blue, red, green and yellow, the Penguin 1000 is also ideal for colour-coded production areas and hygiene management systems.
