The Detectable Heavy Duty Shark Knife is a robust, reusable safety knife designed for controlled cutting tasks in food processing and other hygiene-sensitive environments. Its dark blue body is manufactured from metal detectable, glass-filled nylon, helping reduce the risk of foreign body contamination.
The concealed stainless steel blade provides added operator protection and is ideal for cutting packaging paper, shrink wrap and plastic strapping. An optional spring-retractable rear hook blade is available for cutting materials such as tape, netting and cardboard. The simple one-screw design also allows for straightforward blade replacement.
