Nova Retractable Metal Detectable Safety Knife
The Nova Retractable is a lightweight metal detectable safety knife designed for box cutting and general packaging applications in food processing and hygiene-sensitive environments. Its food-safe detectable nylon construction helps reduce the risk of plastic fragments becoming an undetected foreign-body contaminant.
The knife features a two-sided stainless steel blade and an automatic retraction mechanism. When the operator releases the slider, the blade retracts automatically to help reduce the risk of accidental cuts.
