Nylon Detectable Cable Ties
Our Nylon Detectable Cable Ties are manufactured from food contact-approved polyamide 6.6 containing a metal-detectable additive distributed throughout the material. This allows even small fragments of the cable tie to be identified by correctly calibrated in-line metal detection systems, helping reduce foreign body contamination risks in food and pharmaceutical production environments.
Strong, durable and corrosion-resistant, these cable ties are suitable for securing cables, hoses and components throughout hygiene-sensitive production areas. Their bright blue colour provides excellent visual identification, while an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C makes them suitable for a wide variety of processing applications.
Available in several sizes, including a releasable option, with red, green and yellow versions available on request.
