The 9″ (approximately 23 cm) scissors feature 4″ (10 cm) stainless steel blades with a serrated cutting edge and a maximum cutting length of approximately 8 cm. The handles are designed to be detectable by appropriately calibrated metal detection and x-ray inspection systems, providing an additional foreign-body control measure within food manufacturing facilities.
