WeLoc® Detectable Bag Gripper
The WeLoc® Metal Detectable Bag Gripper is a reusable bag-closing system designed for securely sealing ingredient sacks and bags in food processing environments.
Manufactured from a dual-detectable polyacetal (POM) co-polymer, the gripper is both metal detectable and x-ray visible, helping reduce foreign-body contamination risks. Its easy-to-use gripping mechanism provides a secure closure while allowing bags to be quickly opened and resealed when ingredients are required.
Available in 100 mm and 150 mm sizes.

Product Details
The WeLoc® Metal Detectable Bag Gripper provides a practical alternative to disposable ties and other conventional methods of closing ingredient bags within controlled food production areas.
Its detectable POM construction combines high tensile strength and fatigue resistance with resistance to moisture, lubricants, solvents and many neutral chemicals. The wide operating temperature range of -50°C to +120°C makes it suitable for use across a variety of processing and storage environments.
The reusable design helps keep ingredients securely contained while allowing repeated access to the contents. Its detectable construction can form part of foreign-body contamination control procedures within HACCP and BRC food safety systems.
