Metal Detectable Pastry Brushes
The Metal Detectable Pastry Brushes are designed for applying egg wash, milk, glazes and other ingredients during food preparation and baking, while helping reduce the risk of foreign-body contamination.
The brushes feature specially formulated metal detectable PBT bristles, designed so that stray bristles can be identified by in-line metal detection systems. The PBT bristles offer low moisture absorption, good wear resistance and high temperature resistance for use in demanding food production environments.
Available in 30 mm, 50 mm and 70 mm widths, with a choice of soft or hard bristles.
