Printed Detectable Heat Resistant Loop Tags
Filaco’s metal detectable loop tags provide a durable identification and traceability solution for food manufacturing, processing and other hygiene-sensitive environments.
Manufactured from a detectable laminate material with a locked-in aluminium layer, these self-locking tags offer reliable metal detectability while providing significantly greater durability than conventional paper labels and tags.
Designed for demanding production conditions, the tags are heat resistant from -20°C to +250°C and manufactured from premium tear-resistant material.
Each tag is pre-printed with dedicated fields for Product, Date/Time, Batch Number and Use By Date, together with two additional blank fields for custom information. This makes them particularly useful for batch identification, production control and traceability throughout food processing operations.
The receptive surface can be typed, computer printed or handwritten, allowing the tags to be adapted to different factory identification systems.
Supplied in rolls of 500 tags.
