Tie ID Tag – Metal Detectable & X-Ray Visible

Filaco’s metal detectable ID tags are designed for identification and tagging applications within food processing, beverage production and other hygiene-sensitive manufacturing environments.

Manufactured from detectable plastic, the tags are both metal detectable and X-ray visible, helping reduce the foreign-body contamination risk associated with conventional plastic identification tags. Their self-fastening design makes them suitable for identifying machinery, equipment, assets and other items throughout production facilities.

The tags feature two closure slots and four fastening notches, allowing the fit to be adjusted for different applications. The material is highly flexible as well as shatter and snap resistant, helping minimise the risk of fragments entering the production process.

Available in nine stock colours, the tags can also be incorporated into colour-coded identification systems used within food manufacturing facilities. They are ideal for use with Filaco’s detectable permanent markers where handwritten identification is required.
