Detectable UV Marker
The Detectable UV Marker provides a discreet way to mark machinery, equipment and other assets within food production environments. Its specialised UV ink is invisible under normal lighting but becomes visible when illuminated with ultraviolet light, making it useful for asset identification, security marking and traceability.
The blue body and cap are manufactured from high-density polyethylene containing a non-toxic metal detectable additive, allowing them to be identified by correctly calibrated in-line metal detection systems.
Product Details
The UV ink produces a highly permanent mark while remaining invisible to the naked eye under normal lighting conditions. When applied to plastic surfaces, the ink penetrates the surface, helping create a durable identification mark that is difficult to remove.
This makes the marker particularly useful for discreetly identifying machinery, tools, equipment and other valuable assets in food processing and manufacturing facilities.
